It aims to deepen research on educational policies and the organization of education and training systems across multiple dimensions. Simultaneously, it develops research in Didactics for transformative and innovative education, oriented towards critical citizenship and sustainable development.

Health Education and Quality of Life

It focuses on advancing research on the determinants of health and healthy practices. Its objective is to promote behaviors that improve health and well-being through innovative learning experiences, while simultaneously fostering equity, inclusion, and health for all.

Education, Citizenship and Inclusion

It focuses on research and intervention to promote inclusion, citizenship, and cultural diversity. It addresses issues such as discrimination, migration, and cultural adaptation, with special emphasis on the study of accessibility and integration of people with disabilities, as well as inclusion through sport. Committed to inclusive education, it seeks to contribute to the understanding of social phenomena and to the promotion of educational practices that foster equality and active participation in society.

ICT and Multimedia in Education

It aims to strengthen research networks and focuses on the development and application of knowledge in digital literacy, as well as on the creation of strategies and technological resources for both in-person and distance learning, in school and non-school contexts. It seeks to create a collaborative space that promotes advanced skills in the use of emerging technologies in education, such as Artificial Intelligence.
