Strengthen teacher education quality, reinforcing the link between practice and theory, promoting interdisciplinarity and multiculturalism, fostering learner-centered approaches, critically using digital resources and AI, and cultivating critical thinking.

Enhance integration and territorial cohesion in education by researching local learning approaches and territorial asymmetries.

Promote environmental, social, and cultural sustainability through research and:

education, culture, art, and technology to develop inclusive citizenship, with particular attention to marginalized groups or those with specific health needs;
heritage education, treating heritage as a transversal resource;
socio-educational interventions to promote non-violence, addressing structural and gender-based violence, valuing diversity and inclusion in an intersectional way;
socio-educational interventions to promote physical, psychological, and social health, improving quality of life and enabling fulfillment;

Aims to deepen research on educational policies and the organization of education and training systems in multiple dimensions.
Simultaneously, it develops research in Didactics for transformative and innovative education, oriented towards critical citizenship and sustainable development.
It focuses on advancing research on the determinants of health and healthy practices.
Its objective is to promote behaviors that improve health and well-being through innovative learning experiences, while simultaneously fostering equity, inclusion, and health for all.
It focuses on research and intervention to promote inclusion, citizenship, and cultural diversity.
It addresses issues such as discrimination, migration, and cultural adaptation, with special emphasis on the study of accessibility and integration of people with disabilities and inclusion through sport.
Committed to inclusive education, it seeks to contribute to the understanding of social phenomena and to the promotion of educational practices that foster equality and active participation in society.
It aims to strengthen research networks and focuses on the development and application of knowledge in digital literacy, as well as on the creation of strategies and technological resources for both in-person and distance learning, in school and non-school contexts. It seeks to create a collaborative space that promotes advanced skills in the use of emerging technologies in education, such as Artificial Intelligence.
