The personal data collected in this form will be processed by the Organizing Committee of the X International Congress of Agroecology, for the purposes of registering for the event and issuing the respective certificate. You may exercise, at any time, the right to access, rectify, cancel, oppose or delete your personal data, in legally permitted cases, including revoking consent, when applicable. To do this, you must send a request to the respective Commission by sending a communication, selecting the subject “Personal Data”. The collection and processing of personal data will not exceed the purposes mentioned above.
Failure to provide this data will make it impossible to register for the respective activity. Your personal data will not be shared with Third Parties, except with your consent or that of your legal representative, or when required by law or to respond to legal process.
The event is a public session in which images (photography and video) and sound will be captured, broadcast online when this happens. By participating in this event you are authorizing the capture of audio and image and the transfer of image rights free of charge for the use of currently known technical means and those that may be developed in the future, for an unlimited period of time and without geographic limitation . Please note that the content captured will be used exclusively for its institutional dissemination, on the IPV’s various communication platforms and in press releases sent to the media.
