The European Union's Green Week has been a period of debate over the years related to European environmental policies. These discussions aim to bring together policymakers, academic community, local authorities, businesses, and all citizens, to raise awareness and contribute to the public debate around skills for sustainable, resilient, and socially just communities. In Green Week IPV 2023, particular attention will be paid to the proper management of forest wastes and territorial valorisation through sustainable tourism, based on the principles of the Green Deal, which aim at resource efficiency and climate neutrality by 2050.
The 3rd Workshop – Towards Zero Pollution, an international event at IPV, is part of the activities of Green Week IPV 2023, which will take place on June 5, 2023, in the auditorium of ESTGV (Superior School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic University of Viseu). Registration is open for oral or e-poster presentation until April 10th 2023 . All accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract book, which will be available on the event website.
