The Training of teachers and other education and training agents project is based on capacity building for the co-creation of innovation of polytechnic and professional higher education teachers. The main objectives are:
- Promover e criar condições que permitam aos docentes a melhoria da qualidade, da eficácia e da eficiência das suas práticas pedagógicas, através do uso de novas ferramentas e novos métodos;
- Enable continuous improvement of the teaching-learning process and experience the process of co-creation as co-creators and also facilitators;
- Develop new skills, of teachers, that allow them to interact with different organizations;
- Prepare students to better meet the needs of society, enabling their participation in sustainable development, through the resolution of real challenges. Alongside the resolution of challenges, students acquire transversal skills in the development of critical thinking, communication, teamwork and collaborative work.
