Training project with the following objectives: To train polytechnic professors and teachers from Vocational Schools in innovative teaching methodologies, stimulating partnerships with institutions and companies in the region; to train teachers in technical-pedagogical skills and resources for facilitating and guiding multidisciplinary teams in co-creation and design thinking processes, focused on finding solutions to challenges that different social organisations (companies, public sector organisations and the third sector) can face. Equipping teachers with tools that can be applied in different academic contexts (in a course unit, course or organic unit). Improve students' learning processes and consequently improve indicators of academic success, employability and entrepreneurship, made possible by co-creation tools and the opportunity for applied learning in a multicultural and interdisciplinary context.
