The aim of this project is to provide support services to the Postgraduate and Extension Unit of Unilúrio (Mozambique), under the supervision of the Academic Vice-Rectory, in the design, development, advice, document preparation, planning, budgeting and implementation of a preparatory and tutorial program for girls applying to attend higher education at Unilúrio, in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). The project fits into the Sustainable Development Goals through its strong contribution to SDG 4 - Ensure inclusive and quality education for all and promote lifelong learning, namely in its target 4.3 - By 2030, ensure equal access for all women and men to quality and affordable technical, vocational and higher education, including university. Specific objective: Increase gender equality in access to Unilúrio courses through the creation (development and implementation) of a preparatory and tutorial program in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) areas.
