The aim of the COBLAGES is to create a methodology which enables Higher Education teachers, community managers and students’ representatives from 4 partner countries to support intergenerational cooperation between young people and older people (aged 60+).
This cooperation relies on the development of community projects which support their understanding of the needs within a given rural community. COBLAGES wants better prepared students for an ageing world.The partnership will develop 5 WPs , involving three countries - Portugal, Romania and Spain (and different entities from each country)
WP2 – Methodology for using CBL as a tool for Intergenerational Citizenship in preparing higher education students for an ageing world
WP3 – Short course to trigger green, digital and longevity skills among HE students
WP4 – Multidisciplinary Capacity-building of Professors, Community Managers and Students’ Representatives
WP5- Implementation, validation and exploitation
COBLAGES aims to produce: methodology for intergenerational citizenship; short course focused on green, digital and longevity thematic areas, in blended format to an international group of students; multidisciplinary capacity-building programme to support the facilitation of intergenerational citizenship workshops; final handbook for exploitation and replication.
COBLAGES will produce 8 dissemination & exploitation events to present the results to other students and to other HE institutions.
