ULTRA-ADAPTABLE ORTHODONTIC SYSTEM: The present invention relates to an orthodontic bracket device and, in particular, a bracket that provides for enhanced adjustability such that a force or moment may be activated by the orthodontic bracket device. The bracket may comprise a housing portion having a first channel extending from a first end to a second end through the housing portion. The first channel is configured to slidably receive an arch wire therethrough. The bracket also comprises a body portion configured to be received within the housing portion. The housing portion is configured to rotatably mount to the body portion about a first axis and a second axis. The first axis may be in an apicocoronal direction of the tooth, and the second axis may be in a buccopalatal direction of the tooth. The bracket further comprises a base portion configured to attach to a surface of the tooth. The body portion is configured to slidably mount on the base portion along the apicocoronal direction of the tooth.

Projeto e produção de equipamentos para testes de caneleiras e o seu método. Essa patente foi fundamental para o desenvolvimento do produto Shin Guard comercializado pela empresa SAK, pois permitiu testar as caneleiras desenvolvidas, nos diversos ensaios de impacto, bem como testar produtos concorrentes, e assim comparar os seus resultados. Com os resultados dos testes, foi possível demonstrar aos principais clientes (grandes equipas de futebol e aos melhores jogadores de futebol) a qualidade superior do produto e o progresso tecnológico realizado pelas caneleiras SAK contra os competidores (Nike, Adidas, Umbro, etc). Evidentemente, os equipamentos desenvolvidos no IPV contribuíram de forma significativa para estabelecer a imagem do produto da SAK e para o alto crescimento das vendas, nos últimos dois anos.
