The 2 life: writing and scribbling has two interdependent objectives: to promote good management of emotions/self-regulation and to optimize written production, be it short, critical and creative answers, or longer textual structures. Its implementation, in a school context, 3rd year of schooling, will take place in the first period of the 2023/2024 school year, from February to March, in which moments of exposure will be given, followed by moments of discovery that will act as unlocking activities for written production and/or illustration. Initially, the teacher-applicator will receive training on the theoretical framework, the purpose of the project and the modus operandi in the classroom. Afterwards, it is intended that the teacher analyses, plans the application of the study, inserting it in her pedagogical practice as naturally as possible. It is intended that, sequentially and during a concentrated period, the application of the notebook lasts 10 hours and that students develop reasoning about the writing process, progress in their writing skills and self-regulation and perception of self-efficacy. The implementation of the project in the classroom using the Notebook of Writings & Scribbling, in addition to contemplating the specific writing exercises, appropriate to the participants' school year, assumes a positive, encouraging discourse, values achievement, discovery and effort, not forgetting the exercises on emotions and the perception of self-efficacy. Each participant will have their notebook. Next, the different productions of the participants will be analyzed, and the textual quality optimized. Since it is an action-research, the Notebook of Writings & Scribbling will be reformulated for further dissemination. Finally, the results obtained will be presented in scientific events and published.
