Regulation for submission of scientific abstracts<\/h1>\n

Objective<\/h2>\n

The purpose of this regulation is to guide participants in the submission of abstracts for this congress, promoting the quality and organization of the presentations.<\/p>\n

Submission Criteria<\/h2>\n

Thematic Area:<\/strong> Abstracts must be related to areas related to the following lines of research<\/p>\n

Educational Policies, Didactics and Training
\nDigital and Multimedia Technologies in Education
\nHealth Education and Quality of Life
\nEducation, Citizenship, and Inclusion<\/p>\n

Originality:<\/strong> Abstracts must be original and not previously published
\nLanguage:<\/strong> Abstracts can be submitted in English or in Portuguese and English<\/p>\n

Abstract Structure<\/h2>\n

Title:<\/strong> It must be clear and reflect the content of the work. Maximum 175 characters (including spaces).
\nAuthors:<\/strong> Authors’ names, institutional affiliations, and contact emails.
\nBody of the Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Introduction: Contextualization of the theme.
\nObjective: Specific objectives of the study.
\nMethodology: Description of the methods used.
\nResults: Main results obtained.
\nConclusion: Implications of the results and contributions to the area.<\/p>\n

Keywords:<\/strong> Between 3 and 5 keywords that describe the content of the abstract.
\nLength:<\/strong> The abstract should be between 500 and 1000 words.<\/p>\n

Submission Format<\/h2>\n

Only abstracts submitted according to the rules of the template (available soon)<\/p>\n

Submission Process<\/h2>\n

Platform:<\/strong> Abstracts must be submitted through the online platform of the Congress (available soon)
\nSubmission deadline:<\/strong> abstracts must be submitted by the announced deadline (March 31, 2025).<\/p>\n

Evaluation of Abstracts<\/h2>\n

Scientific Committee:<\/strong> Abstracts will be evaluated by a scientific committee composed of experts in the field.
\nEvaluation Criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Relevance of the theme
\nClarity and coherence
\nOriginality
\nMethodological quality
\nContribution to the area<\/p>\n

Evaluation Results:<\/strong> Authors will be informed about email acceptance of their abstracts by the stipulated date (April 30, 2025).<\/p>\n

Presentation at the Congress<\/h2>\n

Presentation modalities:<\/strong> accepted abstracts may be presented in oral communication format.
\nSubmission Instructions:<\/strong> Detailed submission instructions will be sent along with the notification of acceptance.<\/p>\n

Final Provisions<\/h2>\n

Questions and support:<\/strong> Authors should email the congress organisation (events@sc.ipv.pt<\/a>) with any questions or support during the submission process.
\nChanges:<\/strong> The congress organisation reserves the right to change this regulation, which will be communicated to the participants.<\/p>\n

Participants whose papers are accepted must register and pay. Works whose authors have not registered and paid within the indicated deadline will not be included in the program<\/p>\n
