The main objectives are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promover e criar condi\u00e7\u00f5es que permitam aos docentes a melhoria da qualidade, da efic\u00e1cia e da efici\u00eancia das suas pr\u00e1ticas pedag\u00f3gicas, atrav\u00e9s do uso de novas ferramentas e novos m\u00e9todos;<\/li>\n<li>Enable continuous improvement of the teaching-learning process and experience the process of co-creation as co-creators and also facilitators;<\/li>\n<li>Develop new skills, of teachers, that allow them to interact with different organizations;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare students to better meet the needs of society, enabling their participation in sustainable development, through the resolution of real challenges.
