Crisis communication is a crucial area for organizations seeking to prepare themselves for dealing with unexpected events that can affect their image and reputation. In this sense, studying these subjects can provide valuable information for students and professionals in the field of Communication.<\/p>\n

The main objective of this project is to explore best practices in crisis communication and identify effective strategies for dealing with turbulent situations. To achieve this, various methodologies will be used, including participation in an international conference, preparation of a scientific article, and writing a book focused on crisis communication strategies. In the initial stages, efforts will be made to stay in touch with updated information on the latest trends and practices in this field, as well as to disseminate the knowledge gained during the study, providing useful information to other professionals and researchers in the field and increasing the visibility of the project.<\/p>\n

Simultaneously, a book focused on crisis communication strategies aims to disseminate best practices and knowledge about communication in adverse contexts, serving as a reference tool for students and professionals in the field, or as a source of information for organizations that need to develop or update their communication strategies in the face of disruptive events.<\/p>\n

In summary, and methodologically, this project will involve a literature review on crisis communication; the collected information will be analyzed to systematize the best practices and most effective strategies for communication in critical environments. Data collection and analysis will then lead to the production of a document that will result in the dissemination of findings: presence at an international conference, publication of a scientific article, and publication of a book, aiming to reach broader audiences.<\/p>\n

It is expected, for example, that research can contribute to the advancement of this field of study by preparing educational organizations to fully address unforeseen situations, safeguarding the trust of the entire educational community.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
