European University for Customised Education for you (EUNICE4U) builds on the successful work started in 2020 when the European University alliance EUNICE was formed out of seven universities, covering all European sub-areas. At this point the alliance has grown with four more partners, namely Karlstad University, Polytechnic Institute of Viseu and University of the Peloponnese and the international non-profit organization EUNICE.
\nThe main goal is to deepen the cooperation in shared resources, education, science, and administrative structures. By this, the main plan is to continue developing an entity that strives beyond the funding period for EUNICE4U. The long-term strategy of the alliance will be further developed in EUNICE4U to assure the sustainability and deepen the institutionalization within the alliance and among each partner. Founding a EUNICE non-profit organization and including it deeply into the project governance is only a part of it.
\nFurthermore, EUNICE4U will be a key factor of each university\u2019s internationalisation strategy.\nWith the increased and more profound partnership, we will offer a great variety of study, mobility, research and industry cooperation opportunities as well as events and cross-border student activities. Started efforts as the excellence programs, green mobility and EUNICE-label will be enhanced to provide durable collaborations.
\nEUNICE4U focuses on the competences of the individual to enhance the approach of offering a customised learning experience including lifelong learning. Equally important is the connection between society, industry and universities and indeed it is a key actor in EUNICE4U by building a bridge to the working life. But EUNICE4U does affect profoundly the whole university. With trainings for teachers, both in skills like languages, but also knowledge such as sustainability or diversity, it reaches out to overall university community. With more automatised and assessable common it-tools also the administration and management are deeply connected. In total, EUNICE4U will reach 150000+ students and 8500 staff members.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
