RULES FOR SUBMISSION OF SCIENTIFIC ABSTRACTS
→ Only abstracts submitted by email (email@example.com) will be accepted;
→ Only abstracts submitted according to the template rules will be accepted;
→ Only abstracts in English will be accepted;
→ Simple language should be used and spelling errors avoided, which will be the responsibility of the authors. Unreviewed spelling may be a criterion for rejecting the abstract;
→ It should be indicated which of the authors will present the work, specifically the name, email address and identification of the origin institution;
→ Authors should indicate the type of presentation intended (oral communication or e-poster), and it is reserved to the Scientific Committee to confirm or change the type of presentation until May 12th, 2022;
→ The ABSTRACT cannot exceed 1 page – use the template provided (download);
→ The TITLE should be formatted in Calibri Light size 12 (bold) with 1.5 spacing;
→ The AUTHORS should be formatted in Calibri size 9 (italic) with simple spacing;
→ The AFFILIATIONS should be formatted in Calibri Light size 9 with simple spacing;
→ The BODY should be formatted in Calibri Light size 10 with simple spacing.
ABSTRACT RECEPTION INFORMATION
→ The reception of the abstract will be confirmed by email to the submitting author.
REVIEW OF ABSTRACTS
→ Abstracts that meet the prerequisites and submission rules will be reviewed and evaluated by the Scientific Committee;
→ The submitting author will be informed of the decision via email by May 6th, 2022.
→ The program will be available online with the presentation of works (date, time, session, title of the work and name of the presenter).
→ The time scheduled for each oral communication is 15 minutes (typically corresponding to 12-13 minutes of presentation plus 2-3 minutes of discussion).
→ The posters will be presented in e-poster format;
→ Posters must obey the following rules: use powerpoint, vertical orientation and personalized size: Width = 80 cm, Hight = 110 cm;
→ All posters will be compiled in a document that will be available for download on the website of the conference;
→ Posters should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org by May 16th, 2022.
