The project aims to develop, test and implement an AgroSafeBox-System, which allows monitoring, in real time, the location, inertia and other parameters of a vehicle, as well as the physiological signals of the driver, to prevent the occurrence of the accident. This system can be attached to any vehicle, however within the scope of the project it is dedicated to tractors and quads used in agricultural and forestry operations. In these cases, the accident occurs due to the specifics of the terrain, by tipping over, causing bodily harm and material damage. The detection of behavioral changes in the driver during driving, by monitoring their physiological signs, can also prevent the accident, namely due to fatigue, stress, driving habits, among others.

The AgroSafeBox System will allow you to prevent and alert to the risk of accident and medical emergency in 3 situations:
i) in pre-driving, when assessing the driver's condition before driving, preventing the risk of an accident when the driver does not respond satisfactorily to the assessment carried out by the System;
ii) in driving, by monitoring in real time parameters of the vehicle and the task in progress which, through stability criteria based on tipping indices, will make it possible to prevent and warn of the risk of an accident. The system will also monitor various physiological signals from the driver that may contribute to the occurrence of accidents;
ii) in the event of an accident or emergency, signal and alert the competent authorities and emergency contacts, if not manually deactivated within a pre-established period. It will also allow you to alert vehicles equipped with the AgroSafeBox located close to the accident so that they can provide assistance more quickly.

The project also aims to provide a platform for the global and integrated management of the System and interaction with users, for the management and control of vehicles, among other features.
